Had a very good experience with Wasatch Window Well and never met face to face with the at all. Got a quote and great customer service when I called into see about the product. They were able to come and measure my basement window wells and then install them a week 1/2 later without me being there either time. They look great and are very secure and solid. Very happy with our service.
