I ordered 2 window covers for the front of my house. Being especially picky, I required the technician come out and discuss extra options. Fast forward; both covers are perfect. I feel that they will last a long time and the way they are placed, the quality and how they manufactured. So happy I decided to have this company complete my request. All interactions were positive and transparent.

We had Wasatch Window Well Covers come out and do the covers for our new home addition. We were very pleased with the simple process, the quality of work, and the pleasant employees that we talked with. They have this system down to a science!!! We were so happy with their service that when we replaced our old window wells, we had them make covers for them as well. You don’t find many companies these days with this kind of service. Excellent service from start to finish. Have a sump pump tubing extending out of one of the window wells requiring a custom made cover. Technician came out & measured, & in just a few days came back to install them (3). Fit was perfect & they even made a perfect cut out to accommodate the pump tubing. Awesome customer service with appointments & notification of when they would be out to measure & install. Technician was very knowledgeable & made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Highly recommend this company!

I got online to order the window well covers and within 2 or 3 days, the measurements were made and within 2 weeks they installed the covers. They are sturdy and look awesome on my new house. All delivered with no muss and no fuss. Everything was done on time and I never even saw anybody! All done with minimal input from me. Outstanding work guys!

They were able to come and measure my basement window wells and then install them a week 1/2 later without me being there either time. They look great and are very secure and solid. Decent Price, took longer than I initially thought to get the well covers. Wasatch come out, measured and built them custom to fit. I had always been under the impression that almost every single window well in Utah either comes from Boman Kemp or Superior. The sizes are very standard so I was a little surprised to learn that Wasatch didn’t just have a bunch of standard size well covers in stock. I’m sure they have their reasons. The cover seems nice, it’s just what we needed. The gal on the phone who took my order wasn’t mean, but she wasn’t super-friendly either. All in all, the experience was just fine. Not 5-star worthy, but what is?

The covers they made for my basement window wells are solidly built and attractive looking, and the fit is perfect. It took about a month for the covers to be installed after I placed the order, so they could be a little more realistic about the projected timeframe. The email I received after placing the initial order also said I would be contacted within 24 hours to schedule a time for them to measure my window wells. However, after several days went by with no contact, I was able to chat with someone on their website who informed me of when they would be able to do the measurements. While the product itself is excellent, they could probably do a little more to communicate with the customer about the process. I would still recommend this company just for the quality of the covers.

I had looked at Lowes and Home Depot for covers but the ones they had were too small. So I called Wasatch Window Well Covers. I was surprised at how quickly they responded. A couple of days after placing the order they were here measuring and making the templates. Then with in two weeks they were installing the covers! The price was good for the quality of the product I received. I really like these covers. They look great! Nicely built and durable. As a full time working mom, this was probably the easiest home maintenance project I’ve ever had done on the house. We just came through our 2nd winter having our Wasatch Window Well covers installed. Just wanted to thank you for the best product ever. We had an incredible amount of snow this year. That meant massive snow and ice on our metal roof. On one particular corner of our house, the sun never shines, so the ice was dangerously heavy. When the ICE BURG finally let go, it landed right on our window well cover. It had to be a thousand pounds! Well, it’s all melted now, and upon inspection, our window well cover isn’t even dented nor is it scratched. PLUS, our window is intact and not broken!

They came and measured and did everything through text and email. It was so convenient because I was super busy and didn’t have time to be home. I was there when they delivered and installed. The covers look wonderful. Not much more than I would have paid at a big box stores for non-custom. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Totally worth the money for great service.

These guys are amazing! I needed a window cover for kinship care and I called them on 3/13/19 and it was installed 3/20/19. They had a spring deal going which took it from close to $270 down to $199 and I gladly would have paid the higher price for the efficient and professional way they did this job. When I buy a house with more window wells I for sure will be calling them again.

I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with them I have to. After submitting my order I received a call within a day. They came out to measure a couple days later, and the covers were installed a few days after that. I’m also extremely impressed with the quality of the covers. I’ve already referred a few friends to them and would recommend them to anyone.

Fabulous customer service and a great product for a great price. We compared this service to what window well covers were available through Home Depot and saw that they were pretty much the same price, and we didn’t have to deal with shipping or hoping that the cover we ordered would be a snug fit. WWWC even came back a second time to fit a lip onto our cover, since the top of our window was a little taller than the well. We conducted all the business by text and it was completely effortless, and completed in a short time.

Quick and professionally I had a weird lip on my window and they custom built a piece to fit so it would keep moisture and debris out. Great company and easy to work with. Couldn’t be happier
